It is odd to note here, that in the 2004 film _The Final Cut_, there is a scene where Robin Williams, a member of the status quo, or bourgeois elite, attends a Situationist film festival,
or rather doesn't attend it, but goes there like a lounge at a theater called OCTOBER written
in a Parisian Art Nouveau style. I thought that a was a fairly good example of incidental ironics
for a sci-fi film, though perhaps little more than something like Woody Allen's swastika gag in _Sleeper_.
